Pensit
and Laws
is the legal service company for the foreigners who prefer
to work, run business, or any legal matter in Thailand.
Pensit and Laws first
established by using the name " Pensit and Laws Group
Co., Ltd." and registered in the Civil and Commercial
Code to be a juristic person in the type of company limited
in March, 1998. The head office is located on Ramkhamheng
Road and the other two are located on Satorn Street and Pattaya
City. |

Pensit and Laws realized of the difficulties of the foreigners
who prefer to do business in Thailand, which included the difficulties
in language, rules, or documentation. So the company serves in giving
advice about laws, establish a company, applying for WORK PERMIT
and VISA, and also account service.

At
the beginning,
Pensit and Laws had only five or six employees but working honestly
and on time to the clients had help the company gain good credit
lately
In only one year, the company's
business had grown rapidly. The company started to set more principles
and network by increasing few branches to support the clients' demand
especially the foreigners who had moved into Thailand both temporarily
and permanently. In the present, Pensit and Laws has the head office
located at the 21st floor of the Charn Issara Tower II, New Petchburi
Rd., Bangkok and other branches in Pattaya City, Hua Hin, Koh Samui,
and Phuket to mainly serve the foreigners.
Other than communicating with foreigners in English as
an International language, Pensit and Laws also communicates in
French when the clients cannot speak English. Lots of clients had
trust Pensit and Laws in this point especially a lot of French people
that live in Thailand.
